Actyvate Brands LLC Return Policy

Return Window: Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt for a store credit or a refund of the item's cost, minus shipping and handling costs incurred by Actyvate Brands LLC.

Holiday Returns: Orders placed between November 1st and December 31st can be returned until January 31st of the following year for exchange, store credit, or refund.

Non-Refundable Items: Gift certificates, special orders, items marked "Made to Order," items selling for over $1000.00, personalized items, bulk orders of 3 or more of the same item, and layaway purchases are nonrefundable.

Return Process: To initiate a return, use your "Completed Orders Page" or contact Customer Service for a return authorization number (RMA). Follow the specified return instructions, including insuring the return for its full value.

Refund Process: Refunds will be issued after receipt of the returned item in its original packaging. Refunds may be in the form of replacement, Actyvate Brands LLC Gift Card, refund check, or credit to the original credit/debit card.

Damaged Shipments or Defective Items: Report damaged or defective items within 3 days of receipt. Keep all original packaging for damaged items. Actyvate Brands LLC will replace damaged or defective items at no cost and handle the return processing.
